This Privacy Policy explains how OpsFlow ("the App") collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use our Marketplace application.

2. Information We Collect

OpsFlow collects and processes the following data:

  • OAuth tokens — Access and refresh tokens issued to authorize API calls on your behalf
  • Location & company identifiers — location and company IDs used to scope data to your account
  • Contact information — Names, email addresses, and contact IDs retrieved when forms are created
  • Form responses — Data entered by your staff when completing OpsFlow forms
  • Pipeline & stage data — Pipeline and stage identifiers used to match webhook triggers

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide the App's functionality:

  • Creating pending forms when pipeline stage changes are detected
  • Displaying contact details and form fields to your staff
  • Writing form results back as notes, custom field updates, and tasks
  • Managing trigger configurations for your locations

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored in a PostgreSQL database. OAuth tokens are stored server-side and are never exposed to the browser. We use HTTPS for all communications and follow security best practices including parameterized database queries and input validation.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

6. Data Retention

Form data and configuration settings are retained for as long as your account has the App installed. OAuth tokens are refreshed automatically and replaced on each refresh cycle. Upon uninstallation, you may request deletion of all stored data by contacting support.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to the data we store about your account
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Uninstall the App at any time through the Marketplace

8. Cookies & Tracking

OpsFlow does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking technologies.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
