By installing or using OpsFlow ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
OpsFlow is a Marketplace application that creates workflow forms triggered by pipeline stage changes. The App writes form results back as contact notes, custom field updates, and/or tasks.
Access to OpsFlow requires an active account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may use OpsFlow solely for its intended purpose within the platform. You agree not to:
OpsFlow accesses and stores data necessary to provide its services, including OAuth tokens, contact information, and form responses. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or platform changes may temporarily affect functionality. Support is available via our Support page.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpsFlow and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your account.
